Identify affected area
Using our GIS software we identify the affected area.2
Identify Affected Members
Using our GIS mapping software we identify the members who are affected.3
Affected Members Are Notified
Affected members will be notified via automated phone call. Boil order alert will also be shared on Facebook and local radio stations.

Repair Affected Water Line
The construction team will begin fixing the issue causing the loss of pressure or water altogether.

Repairs Completed
Service technicians complete repairs of the affected water line.6
Waterlines Flushed
Service technicians flush the water lines of the affected area to ensure water quality standards.7
Water Is Tested
A water sample is tested to confirm the water continues to meet all U.S. EPA Safe Drinking Water Act standards and regulations.

Boil Order Is Lifted
Once a sample comes back satisfactory, the boil order is lifted.
