Phase Overview

Our Phase 59 Project is a water system improvement project in three different project areas: Holland, Prairie, Clarksburg & Sigel Townships (Shelby County), Claremont & Olney Townships (Richland County) and Cottonwood & Neoga Townships (Cumberland County).

Holland, Prairie, Clarksburg & Sigel Township is a water main improvement project which consists of approximately 21 miles of watermain to serve approximately 36 members. 

Claremont & Olney Townships (Richland County) is a water system improvement project which consists of 20 miles of water main to serve approximately 44 members.

Cottonwood & Neoga Townships (Cumberland County) is a water system improvement project which consists of 12 miles of water main to serve approximately 29 members.

Phase Updates

  • Construction has begun.

    Construction has begun.  The plan is to have meters installed this fall with cleanup taking place next spring.

  • Applied for funding and awaiting notice of award. Once funding has been secured, we plan to advertise the project for bids. Potentially spring/summer 2020 if funding is awarded.
