First EJ mortgage is officially paid off! 
As of last week, EJ is excited to share that we have paid off the first mortgage we borrowed in order to serve the first round of EJ members! What better way to celebrate than to burn the mortgage, Dave Ramsey style?
Serving rural members is extremely costly due to the infrastructure it requires. It makes it challenging to pay off the infrastructure investment due to only serving on average, one house per mile. However, EJ is proud to have focused the last 31 years in serving the underserved - our rural communities.
